• Communicate with your membership: build targeted email lists on demand, resource call centre operations, and send personalised correspondence via post, email or fax.

• Organise your members: classify members by your own defined categories (e.g. workplace, division, branch, region), allocate members to field officers by any combination of categories, manage support services for individual members, track member history, and produce membership cards.

• Generate reports: define and schedule standard reports, build your own reports, generate statistical reports, and output data to XML.
